Common questions
How do you vet contributors?
Every candidate completes our application, is reviewed by our team and invited to a video onboarding interview. They then complete our training before they are considered pre-qualified. See the steps above.
What is a track rating?
A track rating is a simple, comparable summary of a contributor's quality, reliability and adherence to guidelines, based on our assessments and their performance history. It helps you choose with evidence instead of guesswork.
Do you supply specialists as well as generalists?
Yes. Alongside generalists who handle everyday evaluation, writing and annotation, we work with subject experts in areas such as coding, mathematics, science, medicine, law, finance and languages.
How quickly can you supply contributors?
It depends on the volume, skills and standards you need. We give you a realistic timeline on our first call rather than a blanket promise.
How do contributors work with you?
Contributors are independent, self employed professionals. We will explain exactly how engagement and commercial terms work for your project when we speak.
What happens to contributor data?
We only share contributor details and ratings with prospective client companies with the contributor's consent, and handle everything under UK data protection law. See our privacy policy.
